Lund & Co – Company structure

Lund & Co DA is a general partnership providing advanced legal services to government agencies, business and private clients, both domestically and abroad.

Lund & Co DA should not be confused with Lund & Co Law Firm AS, which has no connection to our company.

Supervisory Council for Legal Practice

Lund & Co DA is permitted to conduct legal business by the Supervisory Council for Legal Practice. All partners, lawyers and associates at our firm are members of the Norwegian Bar Association.

Insurance

Lund & Co DA is a member of the Bar Association’s collective security and insurance against loss or damage. Insurer of the mandatory guarantee covering professional liability is Lockton Companies AS. The insurance applies worldwide except USA / Canada, and is subject to Norwegian jurisdiction. In addition, Lund & Co also has an insurance policy covering real estate business.

Complaints

If you believe your lawyer has violated the Code of Conduct, you can complain to the Bar Association’s disciplinary committee. You may also complain if you think unreasonably high fees have been charged. The complaints procedure is free of charge. You can read more about the complaints procedure here.
