Hilde K. Ellingsen arrived from the position of Associate professor at the University of Oslo, Center of European Law. She has a PhD from 2018 for her dissertation: ‘the Judicial enforcement of EU law by private parties – the impact of European Union law on domestic standing doctrines’. She has also been a guest researcher at Colombia Univiersity Law School, and has an LL.M from New York Law School, where she had a post as research assistant to Professor Mattias Kumm. Hilde has previously worked at the Ministry of Justice’s legal department and the office of the Attorney General in Oslo. Hilde has also been a research assistant at the Center of European Law at the University of Oslo.
