Lund & Co is an independent law firm

Lund & Co collaborates with other legal communities as needed. Following many years in the industry, we have established a large network, and cooperate with other professional experts in cases involving natural science, technical or financial issues.

Membership and honorary posts

The lawyers of Lund & Co are all members of the Bar Association.

Caroline Lund is a member of JUS expert committee for energy, natural resources and climate, and has previously served two terms in the Bar Association’s committee for energy law, hydropower, oil and gas. She has also been a member of Statnett’s Users Council over a period of eight years and participated in several government-appointed legal committees: The Energy Tax Committee, Reversion Committee and the Sami Rights Commission (SRUII).

Stein Erik Stinessen was appointed member of the Bar Association committee for energy law, hydropower, oil and gas in 2015. He previously led the Lawyers’ training center (JUS) expert committee for Planning Law and has been a member of the Energy Tax Committee, Reversion Committee and the expert group of the Biological Diversity Committee. Stinessen also participates in the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy’s coordinating committee for energy.
